Does anyone have any ideas on breakfast? I am not a breakfast eater and would rather have coffee..

I had my fill and things seem to be going good. If I could get a regular workout plan going! Need a good kick to get me started...lol

I'm a Newbie. I had surgery on the 4th of this month.
