Hi! Thanks for checking in; sorry it has taken me so long to reply... I am doing great! 2.5 weeks post op! I had my surgery Friday and was back to work Monday-and I made it all day, no problems. Was actually a really great experince and I have been healing well-the incisions are so tiny and almost completely healed. I am anxious for my first fill which is not until 4/18. How are you doing?

Hi DonnaJ4-my surgeon didn't require a liquid diet prior to the operations, but I tried to do one anyways beacuse I had seen lots of people on here doing it-I really liked the Carb Control protein shakes by EAS-the chocolate ones, I also made chicken soup and just strained out the broth. Hope that helps a little...Good Luck, you can do it!!
