I agree, with each passing day the hunger doesn't seem as bad...if you don't cheat! I'm allowed to have chicken broth and I find that takes away the hunger...give it a try! -
I only have to do a 10 day diet, so I don't start until Monday....not going to be easy though, I am sure!
