How are you doing?..... I had my 3rd week stall and didn't lose anything but then I lost 6 lbs last week.... YAH!

Hey March Sleeve Buddy (well actually i'm Feb. 28)... day one of liquids went well. I made my own broth tonight using vegi's then straining and it was much better tan store bought.

TexasT... not only are we both from TEXAS we both have the same birthday... I'm 2 yrs behind you. Would love it if you would share your experience with Dr. Barker. I have not scheduled my surgery yet but i've been looking at Dr. Barnes in Fort Worth at Baylor but would love your experience and success.

I'm still thinking about it. I go to the Dr. next Thrusday
