    Hey,
    Just keep on learning about weight loss. When I was losing weight and even now when I'm maintaining my weight, I avoid "white" foods. That means bread, Pasta, sugar, rice, flour etc. You need to make sure you feed yourself really well with nutritious foods. Use smaller portion sizes and try not to eat after 7pm or so. Keep at it. Keep learning and keep trying Everyone runs into roadblocks along the way.

    Hey guys,
    For those that are maintaining their goal weight, what was the one thing that was key in your weight loss and maintenance?
    For me it was ditching the "white" stuff (sugar, wheat, bread, Pasta, rice, Cookies, artificial sugar, flour etc.)
    I thought it would be interesting to see if there are any similarities in our success strategies.
