I just realized I have a ways to go but am more than half way to my goal!

My youngest son went back to school today,,,my older boys are back to college next week..'feeling a little melancholy these days.

Ahh,,I love a new day!

It feels good to have my husbands arms all the way around me.

Great Saturday..60 pds lost, fit into size 18, bmi is under 40

As of today, I have lost 60 pounds total! A nice surprise on the scale this morning.

Good news and bad news..I made it to the 230's! Bad..I had a bad bike accident while on a camping trip and in an immobilizer and crutches for a while. Seeing an orthopedic surgeon on Monday to see how bad it is.

Going camping for a few days. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!
