Best feeling ever: Looking at a pair of pants and thinking "These are way too small for me" and then trying them on and having them fit! Yes!

ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) I finally made it! I NEVER thought I would be under 200!!

You know it was a good workout when your arms and abs are complete jello.

All though I've made mistakes and haven't been the perfect patient... I am feeling pretty proud of myself right now.

I am so excited to be entering my 28th year with enough love for myself to have lost 70lbs and be half way to my goal weight!

Birthday cake looks good on the plate but not on your a$$! I'm skipping the birthday cake this year!
