I gained during my trip and hopefully my stomache didn't expand. I'm going on a cruise Friday, so I know I'll gain back any I lose this week. I will exercise a lot though. How are you doing? Gaye

Hi 52209, I have been on a plateau for about 3 weeks or so now. I don't have my 2nd fill set until the end of the month. I am really looking forward to it. I know I am eating more than I'm supposed to. How much have you lost now and have you been on plateaus also? GB

I know what you mean. I was going up and down in a 2 week time period until finally it cracked and I've gone past the hump this week. I went to the dietician and she told me to stay under 800 calories a day & only 6 oz of food per meal. I had definately been going over that amount. She said my stomach could stretch having more than that. I'm now being very cautious and measuring.

Yes, I am 100% happy with it. I am losing at a stable pace & my knees don't hurt anymore. It's great!

Hi Sarah, I'm doing good. How are you? I can't believe how much weight you have lost in your face. I can tell it in mine already too. I'll have to take new photos soon as well. I want to go to Brooklyn sometime. My DH & I will go to New York next year some time & I think it would be really cool to see Brooklyn like in the movies & some of my favorite shows.

I think most of my gas is gone now luckily. That was painful. I had neck & shoulder pain along with it. I have a board meeting to go to tomorrow for my first business outing, but nothing else planned until Friday. Are you on soups now? GB

Hi Sara, How are you feeling now? I'm doing good. Walking occaisionally, drinking a lot. I'm going out for a few hours today. I can't wait.

Hi Lost, Mine went well too. I'm feeling pretty good, sleeping a lot. My Mom & sister are coming over to pick me up soon to get out of the house for a while. Are you still doing good? How about the gas pain, is that almost gone for you too?

Dear Tulsarose, I am from Tulsa also. Did you end up gettting your band? I am scheduled for May 22nd.

Hi MH, Did you ever get your surgery? I am set for surgery with Dr. Katsis in Tulsa on May 22nd.

My date is set for May 22nd. I'm so excited about it. I see you are from Southampton. I was in Totton for the summer back in 1982. I enjoyed it a lot. GB
