  1. I was wondering who would like to join me in a challenge I will be starting on Sunday with the 30 day shred by Jillian Micheals let me know if you are wanting to join. I will make a spreadsheet so we can track our weight loss and inches lost!


  2. I "uneat" once a day. Sometimes twice. I usually do it in the morning or afternoon when my band is tighter. Sometimes I can go weeks without "uneating" then the next day I can eat the same thing and it doesn't sit well. Last night I tired taking my normal pills and they came back up. I have been having a lot of drainage lately with my sinus so I'm hoping that is causing some of my issues lately.

    I have learned the slower I eat. The smaller bites I take and long time I take to eat the less problems I have. I try to eat with smaller forks and spoons for that same issue.

  4. I have the Spanx cami and I wear them everyday while I'm out and working. I love them. I would trade them for anything and makes me feel like everything is tight and held in. There's not worse then seeing a overweight women with nothing underneath and it all hanging out and looking sloopy. It grosses me out. I want to look my best even if I just running a quick errand. I wear mine under everything even t-shirts. I don't wear it when I'm at home or anything.
