HI, thanks for adding me as a friend. I just want some suppot and maybe we can help each other. I live in Utah, had my band done 4 years ago and have not been a good girl. I really need some support.

Can someone give me a lesson on how this forum works? I'm confused. How do you talk to others?

I had my surgery done in Mexico. I have tried everything. I have an appointment at the end of this month for a fill. I want to do this

I had my lap band surgery a little over 4 years ago and only one fill. I haven't done much since, but I realize that I need to get back on track since spending that much money. I need help from others to motivate me and to let me know what has worked for them. THANKS!
