I did eat yummy salad with tons of veggies and other good stuff in it. I guess the 3 days triggered something. Probably another dieting cycle :-)
I decided to stick with asking myself before every meal - AM I HUNGRY? So I did it for a week and lost nine pounds.
Am I existed yes-it is 9lb.
And NO - I know I gain it back.
Freaking portions control.
NEED MY BAND NOW.

Ok so here goes ... I had to go on the 2 day liquid/no eating. So I did, i am trained dieter after all :-) On the 3rd day (procedure day - not lap band surgery) I came home for the time of dinner. I could not wait to eat and could not decide what I really really really want. Then a weired and unfamiliar question popped up in my head "Am I hungry?" I had a cup of water to think about it.

Yep... I do love food.
Eat good stuff, prepare healthy ways...
I do not eat simple carbs, over-processed, fatty, sugary bad foods. I actually learn not to like them.
But I can not control the portions. in my case PORTIONs of my meals.
Hope band will help :-)

24h on clear liquids. Strange observation. I am physically still not hungry.
However, drove to the store and got everything I need for the veggies w chicken stir fry I will have when I am able to eat Monday eve. Can not wait!
I like food. I love good food :-)

I am on my way to the skinnier(for sure); healthier(likely); better(remains to be seen) me. Had an MRI to make sure my belly is ready for the new and hopefully helpful resident-the band.
Have another 'procedure' on Monday. On clear liquids for 48h. I don't drink much water during the day, don't like soda, & sweet juices. Coffee, tea, watered down organic grape juice w...

Woke up this morning, looked in the full length mirror thinking to find a morbidly obese woman... like most other days - found full figured cutie.
Something is wrong with me...
Need to work on getting a low self esteem I guess :-)
