Day 12 post opp. I am not hungry. I can eat big bites and gulp water. OK-ok I should not test myself :-) I promise - I would not. I know my nose runs when it is time to stop. And I gained one wonderful skill - I can control myself about the amount of food I eat ... most times. That is new and existing. I gained Will Power I guess. I am naming my Band "WILPOW"
