don't worry I havn't had my surgery yet either,I had to attend a 2nd siminar and finially found the doctor that I want to do my surgery,the nurse was wonderful she told me exactly what I need to do and when I need to do it so that everything would fall right into place,I have my first app.on Jan 10th with the dietition and the doctors assistance,,so like you said(Finally getting things going)
