hi i was baned on monday 18th in belgium i live in London, feeling ok at the moment but have really bad shoulder pain when i eat or move about, but i cant burp when it comes it hurts so much then just sort of fizzes away leaving me in pian for a while, any tips on what i can to to have a good burp and any tips for the shouder pain ive been told to walk if off but being still helps it,:help: oh the things we do to be slim:) mine xxxxxx ps very nice site i must say still have a lot to read but getting thought bit by bit

Hi folks i live in London but was banded in Belgium on the 18th of Dec im fine have been going out everyday, have a lot of gas/wind and my shoulder really hurts when i move eat or even sniff i have only been eating clear drinks and milkshakes and fromage frais the one for children i also had some cream of chicken too can i move on to other stuff and if so what as i need to chew something pls help mine xxxxxxx:D

thanks guys but i live in London we dont have Gasx here we do have wind easy and some other stuff but thay are not strong and they are in tablet form but will sip slowly fro now will also have a look at the december thread too mine xxxxxxx

hi the gas pains is just traped air used during the OP to inflate the tummy making it easy for key hole, try a hot water bottle held to your tummy or if you can lay on your tummy and the wind will come out i just need to burp but it hurts so much when i try, mine xxxx

hi folks i live in london and was baned on monday too, and i feel so hungry at times im sill having clear soup and milkshakes but im going to try alittle cream of chicken soup tonight i have a lot of pain in my shoulder when i move about too much i have been out and im a bit slow but getting better mine xxxx
