so glad the scale is moving again!

got a fill appt next wk, wondering if I need one. I eat the right portion sizes. I'm hungry about 3-4 later. I can guzzle water. Nothing gets stuck. Think I need a fill?

After trying to find an excuse not to exercise yesterday, I felt guilty and went to kickboxing class. It's in my heaed now...I'm so proud of myself!
