I was baned on 12-21-10 so far i have lost 80 pounds. I have not had any fills yet and i would like to reach my goal weight without any. But lately I have worried that something is wrong i can drink water as fast as i want with no trouble and I'm hungry all the time. So i'm worried that i have stretch out my pouch.

Thanks I drink a lot of Water around 70oz or more a day and lean Protein

I had my 6 month checkup today and all is well thank God. It's hard to believe that I have lost 81 pounds

Can your band slip before your first fill?I am 6 weeks post op and was digging out the driveway and was careful not to lift to much snow at a time. And i am super PARANOID about a slip. I feel fine just curious if i would know if i messed up.

I use a ninja master prep. It was under 40 dollars @ walmart we use it every day love it

GNC sells a protein drink called Isopure 40 grams of protein 160 cal. and it taste like koolaid. I could not stand the powder drinks.

And I feel like I have been hit buy a truck. I hope to pass some gas soon

I am excited and nervous to well I'm more nervous. I haven't stated my diet yet my doc has me on a 2 day pre op diet.
