I too am struggling to get to 175 right now I am about 198-200 which I did get down to 190, but its seems the closer I get something happens like I got an over fill and now have to start over, but at least I know there is hope.

Are you at the goal you want now? People tell me that I am at a good size, but I still think I can loss more. What about you? What size are you wearing now? I am 5'6. Thanks for the comments. I really do think there is such a thing as being big boned. The dress is a size 16.

How much have you lost so far? How long has it been? My surgery is on Tuesday....did u lose weight with the pre op diet

I am down about 68 scine surgery day which was 10/29/10. Last summer I was 292 on surgery day 277. I really do have big bones so my weight may seem more than others. I am about 218 but, i can wear most 14's. Let me know how you are doing.
