  1. Well, its a new year got a fill and down to 195 on good days when I am well rested. I am almost to where I want to be, but this will not be so easy with this last 20lbs. I have to work my but off Zumba Fitness here I come.

  2. After going from 292lbs and getting to 198lbs, I now have hypertension.

  3. Well when I went to go get my fill I was 205, today I got on the scale and it said 202.8. I will take that cause I had gained and was disappointed, but things are getting a little better.

  4. The summer is always a challenge.

  5. Hey, I'm a teacher too and I just read your post about lose skin. You are hilarous. I will just have to deal with my saggy skin too cause I can't afford plastic either.

  6. Hey Lala welcome to the forum. All will go great. Can't wait for your journey to start.

  7. Well, its been a little chanlenging this summer, but the good news is I have been able to maintain. I'm in Texas and we have triple heat temp so I haven't been doing my workouts like I should. I will get it started though.

  8. My first month after surgery I lost about 10-12lbs and I made the mistake of comparing my weight loss to others that were on this site. For a while I didn't even bother to read any of the post. I saw your pics and like me you are big boned so the scale will not really do you justice. Focus on how your clothes fit and how much faster you can move. Keep me posted.

  9. Hey, hope your healing is going well. I don't know if you will get the post that I put on my picture. I was 292 this time last year and now I am about 218. I can wear a 14 now. Remember each person's journey is different. Some of us really do have big bones. i say that so you won't get obsessed with the numbers. I know that what I did in the beginning. So don't stress and remember to pace yourself
