I'd say like 4 months because the month leading up to it with the diet and everything I dropped like 20-30 with my pre op diet. Other than that I just strictly follow my plan. And my job is super active which I think helps! Thanks everyone for all the kind words!

When I started my journey I was 352.
When I started my diet I was 338
DOS-308
2 3/4 months out-239.
Getting close to my goal of 212. Just a little nervous that I won't stop losing there.

I don't think you cheated either. Just try your Protein shake intake much slower.
I am 5 days post op too!
It will get better, i honestly believe it.
