I definitely think it's fine to kiss on the first date, if you are both attracted to each other. Sex is another story. I enjoy "Sex in the City" too, but I don't go along with how they sleep with someone right away. I think it's important to build feelings with someone before that. How did you meet your new date? I am so afraid to put a profile up until I lose more weight, and that doesn't seem to be happening very quickly. -
I lost this thread with the new set up here. I am bummed out that I have not lost since I got my fill. I lost the first week, but nothing since. I have heard though that sometimes all of a sudden, the lbs will drop again. I hope so. I am still having trouble with food getting stuck. I need to learn to take tiny tiny bites.

All you can do is be her friend but keep other options open. Maybe some day she will realize it's you she wants. Maybe you'll meet someone else in the mean time and realize it's her loss. -
Does this mean an unfill? I am not sure what you mean by the volume in my band decreased. I am not going to get an unfill because I can finally be full on very little food. I might be taking too big of bites. It's hard to remember to take tiny bites.

Why is everything I eat getting stuck? I chew and chew and chew. It seems that any meat I try gets stuck. I don't pb, but I have to wait a long time between bites to get unstuck before I can take another bite. At this rate, I am very afraid to get any more fills. I have 2.0 in my 4cc band.

Joan, I wasn't talking about your posts. There were some ads on here for a link to buy some penis enlarging product. Have you noticed that you can't go back and look at previous pages and the arrow that makes it go forward to see if there is a new page, brings up something that says the page has been moved? What is going on? I am afraid I am missing catching up on the posts. They changed everything on this board. -

Jacqui, You are so lucky! I only have 2cc 's and everything I eat gets stuck. It doesn't seem to matter how much I chew. I chew and chew and chew and any kind of meat gets stuck. There *are* some things I cant eat though, lol What kinds of food do give you trouble? You're also lucky that you're tall. I am only 5'2". I am really afraid that I won't keep losing. I guess time will tell. -
Can you let us know what you changed in your diet? What are you eating now as opposed to what you aren't eating anymore? I get stuck on plateaus all the time. I hate it.

Do you know what size your band is and how much fill you have? I have 2.0 in a 4 cc band and I find most foods stick. I have to go really slow and chew like crazy. I wait a long time between bites until I feel it unstick. I am afraid to get any more fill because of that. I don't pb though. Only the first day after my fill, I tried to take too many pills at once. -
It would be nice if some of the others who aren't slow losers would come in here and give us advice. How can we get them to do that?

I was on liquids for 4 weeks. I did use thicker soups that I considered liquid, but don't know if my doctor would agree. I do know I had TOO much liquid though. I was supposed to have 3oz and I would have an entire can of soup. I had no fill at that point though, so I figured it just went right on down through the band. I would have starved if I only had 3 oz of anything. That's like 1/3 of a cup.

The bad thing that goes down really easily for me is popcorn. For some reason if I am eating pocorn, it's like I don't have a band. I wonder why that is?? -
Elizabeth, my surgeon that put my band on does my fills too. He put a lot in last Monday and I got scared that it was too much. I had him take a little bit out, and now I am sorry I did. I discovered the fill loosens up after a couple of days. The first two days I could hardly eat at all. Now I am back to eating like normal. This band is frustrating to learn.

Toqu please let me know how the quickslim 30 works for you. Is it an appetitie supressant or is it supposed to speed up the metabolism Mini Pearl I am here. I am hoping to start losing now that I have a new fill. I have lost 3 lbs this week after not losing for 2 months. I am really afraid that will be all I will lose until I get another fill. The first couple of days, I could hardly eat anything. Now it feels back to normal.

So that means that track 4 sounds blank? That's what they mean by sublininal, right? I thought actually it was more kind of quiet with whispers of messages mingled in. I guess not though?

My doctor sees me every six weeks. I live less than 5 minutes from his office. He charged me 10,000 for the surgery including fills and I heard Mexico was 8500. I decided it just wasn't worth it to me to save 1500. Plus I would have had airfare in there and would have to worry about fills. My doctor is really close if I was to get filled too much, he would be a phone call away.

What is up with all these penis posts? I am really depressed today. I am so tired of being alone and I just feel like I will be forever. I need to get my mind on something else. It seems like all I think about is how much will I lose, what can I eat or not eat, and I wonder if I will be alone the rest of my life. I need to get a life. -
I am really glad I only have to drive about 5 minutes to my doctor's office. After I get all the fills that came with the surgery, he said they will be $160. I hope I get it right before I have to start paying. He doesn't use floro but he just sticks it once and it's over with in a second.

I really like the Atkins protein bars. I use them as a snack. I will eat half of one when I am craving chocolate. They are 150 calories and at least have protein in them and are low carb. The ones I really like are double chocolate crunch, and the chocolate carmel nougat.

If you know this person who is in Oregon, my doctor charges $160 for fills. He charges $10,000 for the surgery which isn't that much more expensive that Mexico. Plus he gives free fills for his patients.

but why does it feel like it's stuck even if it's the first bite? that means it's trying to go through the band and not stay in the pouch. It makes no sense to me.
