Went to a Jimmy Buffett concert and had to get a MEDIUM tshirt! Me the woman who always prayed the 2x would fit! OH and I danced like NO ONE WAS WATCHING< I Sang like no one was listening!

Got back on the bike yesterday 2 weeks post broken foot. Little sore today but totally worth it to see the scale down 1 pound this AM!

Whoo Hoo 45 minute power walk followed by 14 miles on the bike!

Bought myself a jean skirt at Old Navy today! AND a tank top! First time since teens I have owned either!

So today I rode my bike 20 miles and then went to a hour and a half of total body condtioning,,, does this count at a Biathalon??????

Wow, dresses are a new pleasure! Makes me feel so, well sexy! Now if only hubby took note Not one compliment in 7 moths that wasn't asked for directly.

Has decided my arms don't look that bad and I WILL be wearing Sleevless this summer! I deserve this!

Several new things in the last couple of weeks, took the grand kids to water park bought a swimming suit there and I felt good in it. Bought my first pair of 11/12 jeans ever in my life! I am always amazed when i look at them as i pull them up and they fit! A regurlar bath towel fits around me! I am wearing layered shirts! Bought my first ever needed push up bra, I spent my life trying to make my boobs look smaller and now that they are gone I am not so sure I am happy about that.

Well after 13 days at 179 the scale finally budged to 176.3 after going up 4 pound in one day. I think it was suppose to be that time but it did not happen. Hormones suck!

The stall has really broken! Was stuck for like 5 weeks at 191 and now today 183!

Threw out a pair of work out pants today. They were just plain huge and I am never going back there again!

Second week back and work and down 2!!!! pant sizes. I am giving the boss a run for the money on uniforms!
