    Im in south jersey about 35 mins from long Beach island and our stores around here are empty !! no bottled Water, bread ( thank goodnees i dont need that) our wawa ran out of gas at 6 pm.... who needs a full tank of gas when your NOT allowed on the rds ??? my job closed down sat sun and mon 6 flags great adventure.... I have some Protein Shakes pre made in the fridge and i have nuts on hand and fruit....

    good luck with the eatting... i love to eat when i am bored...

    I had to smile when I seen this. i too went for the band for all of the safe reasons but just at my last appointment I asked my doc about going for the sleeve. i have done GREAT with the band but I am not doing well with the fills and i cant eat meat anymore. note * I * I dont want 100 ppl yelling at me my body no matter how small or how many times i chew it dosnt go down.. i dont miss the meat and i get alot of Protein in but I get sick alot and thank goodness it dosnt bother me but i just put in to my insurance to get the sleeve instead... go to meetings and meet the ppl who had both research the heck out of it and pray .... the answer will come to you....

    If I just maintaine, I will be very happy.....my mom is not doing too well.....and UCLA has a cafeteria, where each meal cost 10.00....Yeah it beats staying in a hotel, but I guess the statement "ain't nothing for free rings loud and steady in the land of the blue and gold"!

    any way.......I guess I am just trying to maintain...(I really need a fill), but because I am unemployed, (trying desperately to find a job)...I guess the best I'm gonna do is maintane! Hey!!!!!!you know what? Back in the old days, I never maintaned"! Could it be I am starting to see the glass as half full?????? Hell no! I am not that dumb! Anyway....thank you all for listening to my 'spcheeeeeel' I promise to keep trying!

    Kelly...sorry hope your mom gets better fast !!! It does suck when you have to eat whats around and not being prepared!! best of luck !

    I just went in for my 3rd fill yesterday. I recived 1 1/4 cc biggest fill ever had .... I am on all liquids yesterday and today. I cant get any more then 6 oz of my protien shake. I get bloated . i tried a Jello cup 3 bites and I was so full and it holds me for 6 hrs....so as calorie intake is less then 200 for today and yesterday.....??? i cant drink Water between meals because I am soo full ,what if i get dehyrated??

    any one else go thru this?

    am I too tight?

    wait a few days see what happens ?
