ok I am moving right along !!
fri 8 miles in at the local 6 flags great adventure
sat 6 miles in back at the park. love the parking lot !! park in the farthes one away and dont take the suttle!!
sun went to LBI for my 12 year wedding ann. thats where we got married and walked 3 miles on the beach talking....
i am off to the gym for zumba and laps in the pool !!!

ok so here is the bad news wi... I am up 212 but I was away and no gym for 4 days .. so I am not shocked. Back to the gym today
so next week it will be gone .... I am going to be in onederland by Dec !! Amy

I usually wi in the morning too, and before I go to bed, and other times during the day depending on how much Water I drink.

Amy checking in.. well not yet ... my neice aka 2nd daughter went into labor last night at 11pm... I was to wi this morning because we were away for a mini vaca this weekend. I can now say we have a 9.5 lb baby boy still with no name
... I was so blessed she asked me to be there. I will wi tomorrow in the am before I go to the hospitial

Well i went away this weekend.. went to the beach, walked 3 miles on the soft sand not the sand next to the Water
then I went to the light house and walked 1 mile there. I would have climbed the 217 steps up and down but it was closed for a special event
.... then today i played tag on the beach with the kids .. my husband almost had heart failure.. I was NEVER this active on our mini vaca before ! love my band !!!! Amy

I'm going to say my one HR of zumba equals 2 miles cause that's what I can walk in that time.plus I did one HR of deep Water workout n 3 laps. that I don't know how to measure

dont think thats going to happen but I am done work and told my hubby till I find a new job i am going to work out at the Y like it is my job ! at least 2 classes a day... so we will see next week
