has anyone had the band and then change to sleeve?? how long did you have the band for ? wl ? and why did you change to the sleeve?? need all the help I can get !!

I make my own. I use

8 oz ff chocolate milk 8 grams Protein cal:150

2 tbs of creamy pb 7 grams protein cal: 190

1/2 of frozen banana ? protein

1scoops of pure protein 100% whey 25 grams cal 140

total protein: 40

cal:480

but know that this keeps you full up over 4-6 hrs so this is my Breakfast and lunch ....

My list is too long.I drink 2 Protein Shakes a day.my lunch is 1. Oz of nuts 1 oz of cheese 1 cut apple no skin sand 1 TVs of pb! I drink one shake for Breakfast. And one aftter workout.dinner is always a mess.neverknow what I am eating ..popcorn air popped, dosnt give me a problem but microwave does

hello... well I havnt been here with work and shopping and wrapping and parties..well if you can guess I gained !!! there is no working out and its eatting bad at night...so i am now up 215 !!!!!!!! that is 7 lbs from holloween to now ..... i need to get my butt back on track and FAST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the band dec 13th 2010 i got it. i have lost 71 lbs and love it... dont love the stuck and throwing up everyday !!! i get EVERYTHING stuck.. I know sometimes I dont chew and take to big of a bite but sometimes it could just be Water or Fluid and bam its coming back out

well today is my one year !!! I lost 20 with pre op diet and 51 after surg total 71 !!! I know its not as great as some of the other numbers out there but I still feel GREAT !!! what a year it has been ! i am looking forward to posting i am at goal 53 left to go so by next Christmas and as we all know flies by very quickly.....

Amy checking in down -1 !!!! i did get a small fill yesterday and i am on all liquids till sat I just got the ok to hit the gym againg after 2 weeks of just walking... have a great week everyone !!!

Thank you joan !! i would love to go thru the house and get rid of all the junk but i live with 7 other people and its not my house ... i dont want to end up homeless ! LOL anyway i am hitting the gym like crazy and i am doing much better TY !!!!!! i just am so shocked looking at all of these BIG losses for a year and I wonder if i did something not right ?!?! i am going for a fill tomorrow and I just keep saying this is not a year race but the rest of my life way of living ... i will get to onederland just will take me a little longer then others BUT i will make it there by March 2nd my big 40th!!!

I dont know why i am doing so bad... its been since holloween i am spinning out of control ! i was so close to onederland and then BAM just gained 5 lbs back !!!!!!!!!! now I have to lose 14 lbs to get there and my one year is just days away.....i am very thankful for this site and all of your support !!

Well I guess I am the winner I gained 5 pounds. I like to think some of it is muscle because I actually went down in the pant size but I knew that is not the case. I have to work extra hard in december talents thank you larry for all your help and I actually bought her a month of a lessons 2 days a week half hour each session!!!!!!

I too have had many surgeries..2 c-sections PAINFUL and took weeks to heal. then i had a gull bladder that the incision goes accross my whole body was in the hospitial for 3 weeks with that. total hystoectomy emergency and that took 2 months to heal... so when my family heard i was chosing to go thru this they were scared to death... my pastor even talked to me ... i was in there for 2 days only because my bp was way out of control but besides the gas pain in the shoulder area i was fine... gas x for the tounge and I was good to go .... almost one year out and I would do it again in a heart beat !!
