  1. hello !! I have been at work thank God !!! i work for six flags and so I have been out of work for 3 months and it feels great to be back ! we open in April but we take alot of classes and clean up ... my eatting is good cause i am not home to just eat i have to wait for a break or when we are done :)

    i try to stay in my points 31 but before work I was going wayy over...

    my protien shake is way to many points ! 11.... I dont mind slim fast but thats only 10 grams of Protein and 5 points... and I can tell i am hungrey faster my Protein Shake keeps me full for 5-6 hrs...

    I went out and bought the zumba for the wii for the days i cant make it to the gym.. I am loving that,,, i also bought the kettle bell workout but havnt tried it yet.. there were my birthday presents to myself <3 well I changed my wi days to monday so tomorrow i will report back ..

  2. wow I was away from the site for a while... life was a little much for me...but I am feeling better..... so today I got up and made my protien shake wich is alot of points..have to figure out how to make it diffrent

    then i went to zumba hr class :)

    then I had a cheese stick:

    one hard boiled egg: 2 points

    for dinner one slice of cheese pizza:

    I had 32 oz Water sofar and working on another :)

    ok we must be back up here and running... I think us posting our food helps out ALOT !! we give each other tips and good ideas... so dont forget to chk in daily !!!

I have been down hill thursday went over 35 points !! i did go to zumba for 60 mins...fri i was over 9 points sat over 8 points sunday over 3 and today over 7 but did yoga for 35 mins and zumba 60 mins......i know why i am doing this I just cant figure out how to fix it ..... i am messed up in the head for my 40th bday is justs weeks away and when I started out I wanted to be 199 and then i started gaining after my total unfil and I am up to 219 and there is NO way i can get down to that befor march 2nd unless i do a detox or just protien shakes all day ... thats not the way to do it..... I am glad tat i am going to the gym and that is hopefully going to save my sin alittle at wi on wed.....

Sorry I am latesad.png i am up .6 my hubby is now unemployed so stress level is WAY up !! i am working out alot more but I am eating too much. and i had a total unfil in jan do to couldnt get anything in or to stay down . i go march 28th for a fill ! i have to say to who ever says we took the EASY way out Banane36.gif I would like to SHOOT !!!!

  5. so i went to WI last night right after hr of zumba and 45 mins of weight lifting. I drank 3 Water bottles so i wasnt shocked that i was up 1 lb.. i have to swich my ww days because i LOVE my wednesday workouts.. i seen my dr yesterday and he wants me to be no more then 1000 calories..so now I track my fitness pal and ww... my hubby just looks at me like i am crazy..

    breakfast: 10am 1cup cooked oatmeal=3 points

    1/2 cup ff milk=1


  6. hello ...well had an appt with my nut today she likes the ww program but my calorie limit is 1000 a day except of gym days then its 1200 so i was going over a little :( i go tonight to weigh in so little hopeful..

    for Breakfast i had:

    1 1/4 cup rice krispies = 3

    1/2 cup 2% milk =1.5

    lunch :

    ww frozen meal = 7

    snack

    air poped popcorn= 2

    i ate a doughnut =7 my hubby and I fought..and the doughnut didnt make me feel anybetter ..made me feel worse !!! stupid men !!!!!!!!

    dinner:

    sofar 2 Water bottles down :)


  7. what protien shake do you do ? I have a recipie for one but its way more then 4 points.... so I drink slim fast ones now 10 grams and 5 points but I would LOVE to get more protien in....

    i also dont count my activity points in my tracker. this week I did use some of my xtra points because of my moms bday and super bowl :( but this week coming NOWAY !! 31 a day and thats it....

  8. So glad I just found this thread! I joined WW on Saturday so today is day 3 for me on WW. I was banded 2 years ago and lost 50 pounds. Then I just stopped. So now I have joined the gym and joined WW I am doing a spin class at the gym M/T/W/F and the elliptical at home one day during the weekend. So I work out now 5 days out of 7 and feeling fine smile.png Just confused about the dam point thing. They say I should eat 32 points a day and to me that sounds like soooooooo much. One of my friends told me I was not loosing because I was not eating enough, could that be true? Also wondering if we could start a "WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY ON WW" thread.....what do you think? then we could all see what everyone else is eating and how many points everything has. Still cant wrap my head around fruit being 0 points!

    this AM i drank a 10 gram protien shake = 5 pts 9:30 am

    11:00 am ate a bowl of fresh strawberries with 2 tblspoons of ff cool whip = 0

    1:00 had cauliflour (sp) and cheese the green giant pkg = 4 pts

    1:30 a bowl of the ww Soup = 0

    4;00 had a small hot chocolate from DD = 6

    4;00 had a half of a plain doughnut = 4.5 ( not worth it )

    I walked for 6 miles and played at the park ( baby sat today )

    dinner is tacos for the fam but i dont know yet if i am eatting them ?? i have a hard time with ground beef sad.png

    mexi cheese 1 cup = 9

    desert.....

    sliced fresh strawberries =0

    sliced banana=0

    1 ff pudding cup=2 pt

    4 table spoons ff cool whip =0

    layered in a fancy ice cream glass ;)

    35 pts for the day

    walked the dog 3 miles

    10 pts for walking today .......

    all in all it was a good eatting day. i go to my dr's tomorrow and I am hoping he is happy with me :)

I have to say I LOVE ww with the band !!! 3 weeks ago I met with my doc to talk about getting the band removed and getting the sleeve done. he told me to meet with the nut and he would do the paper work for my insurance. i made the appt and cried about how i failed at this band that my family didnt want me to get... then i got a join free ww flyer in the mail and i found this thread..so i went . i didnt want to spend 40 a month plus my 54 a month gym fee but i had a gut feeling. i started the e tools on my phone and the bar scaner <3 that ! i started on wed today my pants are lose i got on the wii and i am down 4 lbs already !!! i know this was ment to be !!! thank you for this thread and everyone who posted!! it was everything i needed to know i can work this band and i am going to keep it :)

I went last night and joined WW !! i am sooo pumped up. first my home scale is off by 2 lbs so i was less then i thought :) then I went to the supermarket and stocked up. today i am making the Soup. it is kind of hard not having the slider :( so i downloaded the scaner on my phone so i can scan barcodes.... I called the nut yesterday and she told me to do 29 points so here goes my first day !!!

I know how you are feeling... my girlfriend had it done a year before me and told me there was little pain and was back to work 2 days later..hahah i had complications in surgery and had to stay 3 days and when i did come home i was in pain with the gas in my chest area ... i cried for 2 days while my family who did NOT support me tell me how stupid i was for doing this to myself !!! it was after the first post op and i was down 28 lbs did i say THIS is why i did this :) 79 lbs in a year and still going.....it does and will get better... today i went to the good will and 18s were to big 16s were too big and 14s were just right ! i started this journey size 24 287 lbs now i can look at pics of myself now and not be so pissed off :) hang in there.... it is the best thing you have ever done for yourself!<3

I am soo happy to have found you !! i have been banded for a year and lost 71 lbs but now i am slowing down and was thinking about doing ww on line and then i just sat here and read all of the post and know this is what i am going to do !!! I had to have a unfill last week of 1.5 ccs and I feel like i am not moving forward and I dont want to be a band failure... my family wasnt happy over the surgery in the first place so i have to win the wl battle!! only have 65 lbs to go ... and i am going to do it by christmas !! thanks for this thread !

Hi..sorry I have been gone for a while... i went for a fill .5cc and my band was to tight. i eneded up getting 1.5 ccs out. i vomit every time i eat real food aka not slider food... my doc has talked to be about getting the band out and do the sleeve... i thought about it and still up in the air. i work out 2-4 times a week and i eat 1200 calories so off to the nut to check that out.. the scale is the same 213 i went into depression for 2 weeks about it i am snaped out of that 71 in a year is GREAT !! and I am happy with that... so I will be back next challenge ready to go with fire in my eyes !!!! thanks !
