well i was VERY sick for a few weeks so i havnt been back to the gym YET ! but I left my job and my other one starts march 19th so I am going to make going to the gym my job until then! i hit the big 40 in a few weeks and I am going to be in onederland by then !!!!!!! I am holding myself to this statement!!!! 15 lbs is totaly doable

ok this holiday thing SuCKS !!! from holloween to now i have gained back 8 lbs !!! from thanksgiving to today Dec 28th NO gym !! I am going back tomorrow !! I am NOT gaining back anymore weight ! i want to be down to the 199's by march 2nd for my big 40th... work my butt off everyday i WILL do it !!!!!!

had to go to my doc today for a toe issue.. she hasnt seen me since march so when she looked at me today she asked who is this new lady in front of me !!! my bp was off the charts for so long that she had to ck my bp 2x's couldnt belive I was 110/73 she said i hope your not taking any meds anymore.. i said oh yes !! i felt soo great that my toe wasnt hurting as bad ?!?!

hope you hear from them soon !! I didnt have that. so I cant think about how hard that has to be..pins and needles...... it is the best thing I have ever done !! 75 lbs down from last year and never looking back !
i used to eat 4 slices of pizza and now 1/2 is to much ... its so awsome..... i dont miss anything . -
ok so i got up enough nerve and road a coaster at six flags.... besides being scared to death at the time jummping for joy that i fit and am having a *normal* life !!!

My son went to grab my side fat tonight at a local fair and he said WOW mom you realy lost a lot of weight!! i gave him the look and he said your side fat is almost gone !!! i will take that

so I went to six flags in Jackson and was sitting in the ride testing seats and I fit into ALL of them and had room to spare !!!

My daughter graduated 8th grade I bought this dress over ebay and felt Beautiful all night... how much 48 lb diffrence realy makes !!
