  1. I was banded 2/3/11 and last couple weeks usually have two protein (30 grams each) drinks a day; one for breakfast and one in the afternoon. For lunch I usually have 1/2 cup refried beans or non/lowfat cottage cheese and have chicken or fish for dinner with maybe a few steamed green beans. Tonight I had about a cup of chili with beans. Sometimes I have a mini babybel light cheese if I'm still hungry at lunch. 64 ounces of liquid total a day too, 1/2 hour before or 1 hour after eating. On the weekends when I have more time I have scrambled eggs with a little cheese and salsa for breakfast. I am supposed to get my first fill next week. But even now before any fill, if I overeat I hurt. Good Luck and keep up the great work!
