Wow....I am just walking 40 mins at breakfast and 40 mins at lunch. I tried to walk in the evening as well, but I have not elevated to that level YET! In the beginning, I thought the band would make me LOSE WEIGHT! Nothing happened! It was not magic! Nothing changed! The weight literally fell off once I got moving! Exercise and diet changes...that was the key. Imagine that! That is what doctors have told us all along! One of the biggest keys is learning to listen to your intincts...listen to the quiet still voice inside that tells you when to stop eating, and why you are eating. Bored, lonely, depressed, angry? These are ALL reasons to pass on the meal, and snack; and resolve the voice. Remember it was neglect that allowed the weight to creep uncontrolled. We shouldnt expect it to disappear overnight! Take your time and get to the root of the problem! Be encouraged!
