Arthiritis in one knee, partial replacement in other, 40 lbs. lighter and just did a 5K with my kids! Life is good!

What an awesome accomplishment! Good for you and your kids. Looks like you guys had a great time. I'm planning on doing a 5K in August.

Thanks and good for you as well! A year ago, I had trouble walking to my mailbox and back without pain....I feel like I have a second chance at living my life and not just watching it from the sidelines! My husband and I did a 20 mile bike relay for cancer research on Saturday...I was slow but I made it!!!
