well I have a stationary bike that I ride 15 to 20 miles a day ( not all at one time, I have a bad knee so I ride 5 miles at a time) and I have 2 1/2 lb bar bells that I left anywhere from 30 to 40 reps. As far as what I eat mostly protien, beans , baked fish, kellogs protein shakes are really good and the slim fast bars are a great snack, cottage cheese and I also eat alot of the weight watches meals I can not eat the whole thing but they are pretty good . yuplat whips yogurt from the freezer are the best just like icecream, fresh veggies are really good. just know that the band is the tool and you have to work it and don't let it work you... We can do this is my saying. Good luck to all.

MAli, you inspire me. I have been with the band for 5 months anf have lost a little over 30 lbs.. it is going slow for me.I also love teh Kellog Shakes, cottage Ch. and the Smart ones meals. But right know i have no restriction, so i hope that when i get my 3rd fill i will have more control.how many fills have you had? what are you doing for toning?you look GREAT!!

Hi Gorda, thanks you so much for your comment. I have had 4 fills in a 10cc band and a total of 6cc. I have great restriction in the mornings I am pretty tight so it is kinda hard to eat so a kellogs protien shack is great. as far as tone goes I really am not having to much trouble with that I ride my bike as I said and left weights but other then that nothing. hey and 30 lbs is great so keep a good outlook and MOVE MOVE MOVE. I look forward to hearing your progress. thanks again for you sweet comment.
