You look amazing! I am a newbie here and I am getting my surgery in April. I can't wait. Seeing your pictures really encourages me more and more that this is the right decision for me too!

thanks debbie!!! i had surgery october 13th and so far have lost 42 lbs!!! It's been awesome BUT alot of hard work....so prepare yourself. Try to find high protein foods that are gonna satisfy you...protein shakes and bars are a great source. Also tuna, turkey chili, eggs and even almonds....it really is a lifestyle change and to be honest, I have only had 2 fills so far and I dont; feel any restriction just yet. So I guess I can say I lost majority of this weight all on my own. Initially there is a lot of restriction...like right after surgery, but I still need to find my "sweet spot" as they call it...good luck and keep in touch!!
