Muscle Milk Cookies -N-Cream flavor. To date this is the only protein shake that I can stand to drink everyday! This is breakfast everyday at 9:30 A.M. This is a great little blender for protein shakes. Walmart $14.99.

Great minds think alike i have the same blender and i do muscle milk light 100 calories all flavors and sometime add a spoon of peanut butter for extra protein.

I've tried the pre mixed muscle milk cookies and cream and puked! Does this one taste better?

I like it. I tasted the chocolate first, and wanted something different. I think it is the best so far. If you go on their website. they have like almost 30 some flavors. I have tried the premixed Banana and did not like it either. I need to taste the strawberry. Make sure it is cold. I put ice cubes in my 12 ounces of water and blend.

I have that same blender too. I haven't used the Muscle Milk yet though. How much protein does it have in a single serving? I use one that has 26 grams...just wondering how it compares...

I chose before I saw the results, and I would have to say that I do like chocolate and cookies and cream the best. I am going for the Rocky Road floavor when this one runs out to try it.

i will try this shake, i have not been able to find a protein drink that i do not gag on. i am drinking Carnation Instant BRK for now...but i know i need more protein...im only 2 weeks out from surgery
