Heres a question for you guys and gals

Okay so I talked to my friend in FL who had this done this time last year. She just told me that she is stuck at about 150 something at 5'3 -5'2 or so. She has to reach 115 or something like that. Well she told me that if she dosent hit the 100 pounds lost mark her insurence will get on to her about it? That sounds crazy to me, because 20 pounds over weight is way better than 100 pounds. So is this possible or true?

Also I am going to re weigh in this week about Wensday, and going to wear a ankle weight, cause come on 2 friggin pounds off omg you can just write that in. Well when I finally get this weighn in down I wonder what will happen after I am approved and I lose some weight like 15 pounds due to the liquid diet ect? Tell all peeps i trust u like that

I've never heard any insurance stipulations like that... but I've heard some crazy things lately so who knows! lol

I had a friend put quarters in her pockets... an ankle weight probably would have made more sense. :-)

Can't wait to hear how your weigh in goes! I am giving myself another week to add a few more pounds (lord, I have never in my life said anything like that!). I have 3 rolls of quarters--total weight about 1.5 pounds-- to stuff in my bra. I can't get all my paperwork together to turn in until next week at the earliest so I figure I will just reweigh when I have everything ready to be submitted. Pizza is on it's way for dinner! And I really don't even like pizza.

For me once I was approved I could lose the weight without fear of denial (I asked point-blank at my pre-op class). I've lost 11 pounds since the final weigh in and I'm now below the 35 BMI I needed for approval. Good luck!!!
