Looking forward to Feb. 16th

So far all is going good, I think I am adjusting to the hunger pangs. I am now including a solid lunch...lean cuisine meal. I chew, chew and it goes down with no problem.

I have found myself at the gym the last couple of days. I had been walking around the block, but now at the gym doing 1.5 to 2 miles. I feel so good, and happy.

My older children are my cheeleaders, and I cant say enough about my wonderful husband, Karl.

I am so lucky to have found the lap-band, a whole new lookout for a healthier lifestyle. I am hoping to see 215 by the 16th of Feb.:thumbup:

Thanks BG, those are my younger ones! I have older children...28, 27, 25, 22 and 17 yrs old....those are the cheeleaders and my husband too! The little ones, well they will be glad mom will be around to see them grow-up!! Get healthy is so important. Thanks again. I follow your posts too, they are always so good. I liked your hickey one!!LOL Patti
