2009 goals

I don't believe in resolutions, however, I do believe in setting some goals, writing them down and setting a plan in action to reach those goals. I don't believe you have to only do them in Janaury, however, I usually set goals ever month.

I decided to set a yearly goal, and assess where I am every 2 or 3 months. This way it will keep on track to reaching my goals. I'm only going to list a few of them on this blog, the ones that have to do with my band.

1. Lose my final 30 lbs this year. I will do this in 2009. I need to plan my meals better and get back to the band rules. Proteins first!

2. Exercise will become a big part of my life in 2009. I have a membership, time to start using it more than I do!
