I got my fill yesterday, then came down with a stomach bug. OOOO I was sick. So dizzy too. My entire family had it, and it was coming out both ends. Except for me, all I can do is dry heave. I've noticed since I've been banded I CANNOT throw up. I just dry heave. I've read where others say they can't either.

Anyhow, after my fill, it was not long before I started feeling ill. I was a little worried because my fill is pretty tight. Anyhow, I just decided to ride it out, well, I was up a lot thru the night dry heaving, so was my hubby, except he was doing more than dry heaving.....it was an unpleasant night for all of us. My two kids were sick too.

Anyhow, feeling much better today, stomach is still in a few knots, but taking it easy. Sticking with soft foods, like protein shakes and creamy soups. Making sure my stomach is healed. Also I am doing the 5 day pouch test since it was the perfect time to start it (since I just had another fill).

Had to give up the exercise yesterday and will probably not go tonight either, just not feeling that great.
