Down 15 lbs.

So I went for my one month check-up today and have lost 15 lbs. since my surgery date (8/26). That was a nice surprise! I thought I had lost only 12 lbs and was perfectly happy with that. I was supposed to have my first fill on Wednesday but he went ahead and gave me one today. I also found out that I had 5 cc's put in at the time of surgery and the PA added another 1 cc today.

I was so hungry by the time I left the office but am back to liquids for two days now. By Friday he said I could go to regular foods and instructed me to get in about 60 grams of protein a day. I can't wait to start experimenting with new foods. :rolleyes2:

Went to the heart dr. today too and after an ECG was told that I have a perfectly healthy heart. That was a huge load off of my mind!
