I tried to eat a hmb. patty last night and must not have chewed it up enough. A bite became stuck and it hurt so bad. I ended up getting sick and it all came back up. I hope I never do that again, it was very uncomfortable. I decided to go to bed and not even try to eat anything else.

Lost 10 lbs. in the past three weeks. Can't wait to get a fill next week.

Have you had a fill? I had my second one today adn after I drank teh water I felt ok until I got home. I feel full up to my throat adn feel like i need to burp. Does that mean I am too full adn my water did not go down as good as I thougt at the fill appointment?

Hamburger meat is actually very difficult for many people - myself included. What I would try (and was recommended to me by my surgeon) would be Wendy's Chili with Cheese - small bites and chew. It's tasty and goes down. Get a small - and have half for lunch, half for dinner. Also - lately I have been able to eat steak. Get tender cuts and grill them - cut into small bites and chew until there's nothing left.
