chocolate keeps calling me

So I have the exercise under control but I can't seem to ditch the chocolate. I think it's my downfall. I can't seem to stay away from it. I keep reminding myself that I went through surgery to make this life changing step toward losing weight and I can't stay away from chocolate. I'm losing weight still but extremely slowly. 1-2 pounds every 2 weeks. My band is doing it's job b/c I'm only able to eat very small portions. It's like a daily struggle to leave the chocolate alone. Will keep trying.

I have that same problem. I have helped the situation by only have 100 cal packs in the house - this week, my friend was staying with us and she makes and sales fudge at Christmas time. Well, as a parting gift, she made us 2lbs of Walnut Fudge. I thought I would be okay. NOT, the first day I ate probably 4 oz of fudge which is close to 800 calories. So day 2, I packaged it up for neighbors and froze a small portion of it as well. Now if I want something, all I have in the house is Quakers chocolate Mint 100 Cal packs. Not quite as good, but I can stick with just one.
