Well, weight is up (172.0). I didn't make good choices over the weekend. I just ate whatever.

Okay, today is a new day, it's Monday, and I'm doing my fast/Cleanse. I will not cheat and I will get thru today!

I'm feeling so bloated today, probably because I ate a lot of junk, salty stuff this weekend. grrrrrr.

I laid my stuff out this morning to get up at EXERCISE. Did I? Heck no, the alarm went off, I turned it off and rolled back over. I'm so made at myself. I will go tonight for sure! I will go tonight, I will go tonight, I will, I will, I will!
