I still didn't lose any weight last week. Today I got on the scale and was finally down a pound. I went two weeks with no weight loss. That's enough to drive me nuts. But hopefully my body has adjusted and is ready to start dropping weight again.

My doctor appt. is next Tuesday. I should get my first fill then. I don't know how much or what. I'll have to ask so I can include that in my journal. I am hoping that by getting a fill I will experience the same sense of fullness that I did for the first couple of weeks after surgery. That was amazing. I wasn't hungry and got full so quickly.

I was pretty good on Thanksgiving. I did have to have a bite of each of the crisps I made. One was peach and one blackberry. I didn't have a recipe and wanted to see how they were. They were good.

Hope everyone out there is doing great. Until next time....
