Things are looking up

On 7/3/07 I called the surgen about urine being dark gold and getting light headed when I stand up.

Doc informed me to start drinking 6-8 glasses of water.

On 7/4/07 wife and I wakled around the community for 30 min. I was proud of the progress

On 7/5/07 wife and I went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for 45 min. @2.4 to 2.7 mil/hr with 1 to 2 % incline.

Ate 1 by 3 in piece of fish.
