On 7/3/07 I called the surgen about urine being dark gold and getting light headed when I stand up. Doc informed me to start drinking 6-8 glasses of water. On 7/4/07 wife and I wakled around the community for 30 min. I was proud of the progress On 7/5/07 wife and I went to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for 45 min. @2.4 to 2.7 mil/hr with 1 to 2 % incline. Ate 1 by 3 in piece of fish.

Nothing new to report today. My port site is still swollen but i'm told thats normal. Bought me some children multivitiams and some gax strips this morning, also bought some high protien boost. I think today i'll get out and start walking. I have walked around in the house but not enough to a mount to anything. Talk later:clap2:

Just to jot down a few notes on what I have experienced post LAP band. In the hospital I hit that blue button every time I thought about it (morphine). I don't think I ever felt any pain, a little disconfort but it was barable. The biggest thing for me was no water or no food. I was ready to throw the lemon stick swabs at them. After coming home i took 1 tylnol 3 with codene pill and decided unless I was in pain that would be it. My first full day home I just layed around all day. By now thi
