Tomorrow= One Month Post Op

I can't believe it's been a month already!! Life is so much like normal now. I can eat out, go to parties with no issues, etc. I am down 29 pounds and feel great. I went to a communion yesterday and was able to find enough friendly protein to eat. I think the hardest part this week has been to eat enough! My calorie intake is not high enough so I have hit a plateau. I ate some shredded cheese in between lunch and dinner today, let's see how that works. It's very hard to make yourself eat when you really don't want it .... I guess that's always been my issue though. Does anyone have any snack ideas?

Wow, congratulations. It's great to know you can go out again and be social. I'll be sleeved on 05/06 and I have a party at the end of May so I hope I can be/act normal there.

I'm exactly a month out in a few days! My snacks include cheese (baby bell, string, muenster cheese) or a cold cut. My go to are the baby bells because you can throw then in your pocket (purse in my case) and forget about it until you remember you need to snack. And they're 6g protein!

WE are sleeve sisters because I am a month today too! LOL..I'm still on the mushy phase though and I have a wedding to go to this weekend which might be challenging..I've lost 24 lbs so far and I"m feeling great now, some days I even forget I had surgery..Good luck to you..
