Long day!

Well a trip to the naval exchange and the mall whooped my butt. I havent been up for that long since surgery 1-16. I was up for 4 hours straight walking around. I know it doesnt sound like a lot but omg do I hurt. With still having this hole I walk funny a bit. So my back and belly was angry. But I have to press through. I go back to work 2-20 and I have to get used to being up and standing on concrete again.

Hopefully only another month of this!

LAP-BAND Patients

You'll feel better soon. My surgery was 1/10...was weak and tired the first two weeks but started getting stronger after that. i returned to work 2/8 and am actually tolerating it well....good stamina. I was worried about returning to work and getting tired...I am a hospital nurse and am on my feet most of the day. One week in....all is good. Good luck!

Gastric Sleeve Patients

Its just this hole in my abdomen that gets me. It is still open and around 2" deep. It starts to burn if I am up too long. And I walk funny making my back hurt. I have been going out every day trying to stay on my feet so I can get used to it.
