This is just a horrible battle. Head demons, cravings, no willpower, etc. And you know those are all excuses.

I have the power to make changes.

I have the power to get up and exercise.

I have the power to eat healthier.

I have the power to motivate myself.

I have the power to occupy my mind with other things.

I have the POWER!!

I just need to recognize this and "just do it"!
