Stomach Ache

I am not sure what is going on with me but I am getting slightly concerned.Since yesterday morning I've been having the craziest stomach ache.No idea what is causing it.I also have this pain high in my back behind my stomach.My tummy is rumbling like crazy the whole time and I am just generally feeling weird.

 

This should really go away now....

    You are post surgery? It might be something you are eating that your stomach is having a hard time digesting. It actually happens to me a lot. Baked beans were a nightmare because of all the gas. It could also be acid. Are you on an acid blocker? You may want to examine what you have eaten in the last 24 hours and avoid it for a while if you can narrow it down to the culprit.

    same feeling is happening here! it is more of discomfort than pain, but also painful if that makes sense.
