Trial and Error

Okay late last night I did eat fried smoke sausages in the red skin after my husband left to hang out w/ some friends. He would not let mess up this liquid thing...they were SUPER GOOD!!! I am wondering if I do the liquids and some kind of meat, if that would be okay? It will be like the Atkins diet, no breads or starches...any way I may do that. I will check w/ my care cordinator Tuesday to make sure. I did walk over a half of mile last night on my treadmill in 15 mins (didn't even break a good sweat). I felt good afterwards, but today I walked a little over three miles in about 45 mins at the park...it felt good to be back at my favorite park. My mom has never walked with me before and she walked a mile and a half:clap2: . Just last Sunday she was at the ER bent over in pain related to her back! Well as for my 2nd day of the pre-opt thing (YUCK), I've had one New Whey Protein shot w/ half of cup of skim milk blended w/ice, three sugar free popsicle (yum) a cup and a half of beef broth w/ Ramen noodle seasoning (left over from last night) and that's it! I will have tomato soup later and sugar free jello.

    • I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.
