LAP-BAND Patients

I'm on my second day as well, my surgery is Tuesday. They say it gets better after the third day. Will see. I'm just keeping myself full with 4 protein shakes, jello, broth, Popsicle, water, and for craving i chew alot of sugar-free gum. That's all I know to do besides also staying busy. I am allowed one protein bar a day too. Good luck

I use Bariactic Advantage Vanilla. I whip it up in the blender and put ice in the glass, It is not to sweet I like that. I don't blend the ice with it, it does not work well with my blender. This is my second day and it's not bad "yet". :)
