Awareness

Happy Sunday

Since I bought a Fitbit the other day, I have been recording everything I eat onto the computer. I am now so much more aware of everything I put in my mouth. It was one of the best investments I have made since my surgery. Some people need a crutch and I have found mine, the Fitbit.

For all of you celebrating Santa, it will make a great gift.

Just came home from food shopping. Awful weather in Boston, rain maybe snow later during the Pat's game tonight. Then we are rain/snow the rest of the week. UGH!

Enjoy your evening everyone.

Do you wear the fitbit all day? Or just on and off?

I just got the Fitbit one.To 2012, I wear mine all day and night. I always have trouble sleeping and the first time I wore it to bed it said I woke up 22 times in 6hrs. It measures how many steps you take, stairs you climb, calories burned. It sync's with computer and cell phone and once a week it sends a update to your email on how well you did.

I also bought one for my daughter who is thin and always working out.LOL

Congrats Smiles! You can keep the snow!

I have a fitbit also, it was the turning point for me and helped when I was stuck last winter. I wear mine daily, I even slept with it on in the beginning but have given up that obsession. When I looked at my poor sleep pattern it made me more tired. Enjoy!
